Together with Het Nieuwe Instituut and the city of Eindhoven I developed and realized three animations that depict the route that City of Eindhoven follows to become a smart city. Het Nieuwe Instituut is a platform for the creative industry. They created a multiyear cultural programme for 2015–2018 focusing on the changing relationship between government and citizens.
